NSW:Oprah climbs the Hrabour Bridge

US talkshow host OPRAH WINFREY has climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

OPRAH .. was joined by her best friend GAYLE KING and a group from her audience members
on today's climb .. as fans gathered at the bottom of the bridge and waited to get a glimpse
of the 56-year-old talkshow queen.

Last night .. the bridge lit up with a big "O" in her honour and a private harbourside
cocktail soiree was held to celebrate OPRAH's first night in the city.

The beach-themed party .. hosted by NSW Premier KRISTINA KENNEALLY .. featured live
music from GUY SEBASTIAN and a spectacular fireworks display over the water.

Two episode of the Oprah Show will be filmed at the Sydney Opera House next week.
